Managed

For teams that want Duck & Shark to operate agreed parts of the system, not simply provide access to more tools.

  • A templated website within the agreed delivery
  • One internal staff tool at , such as a staff work screen for a bounded process
  • Applicable discounts on approved builds above when offered

How it runs

We run the responsibilities named in your agreement. Larger projects, campaigns and work beyond that capacity are discussed separately.

Proactive done-for-you service is a separately selected, tier-scaled add-on. It is not included by default at the base Managed level. If bundled into a higher-priced agreement, your written terms will say so.

Growth includes two activations. Pro includes three builds. We choose these with you during onboarding or an upgrade, so your initial allowance goes toward work that matters now. They are initial implementation allowances, not monthly credits or an open-ended balance.

Managed has a written delivery scope and applicable build discounts. Additional workflows, integrations, agents and larger projects can be added as your needs develop.

Make the costs clear from the start.

Setup, onboarding and annual payment

On monthly billing, standard setup is $250 for Growth and Pro, and standard onboarding is $500 for Managed. Standard setup or onboarding is waived with annual payment. Growth, Pro and Managed do not include a trial.

Pro also offers a three-month upfront option: $1,275 with setup waived, then $425 monthly. Annual prices are upfront totals, not monthly payments.

Usage and ongoing service

Messages, calls, AI use, phone numbers, premium actions, outside services, hosting, monitoring or tuning may add charges. We explain build costs, ongoing service, usage and required account features before activation.

Existing customers: we review your current agreement and active setup before changing your service. Starting a new subscription is not the same as upgrading an existing one.

We start with an established layout and adapt the content, images and settings to your business. This is the website approach included where listed above. Work beyond the template can be added separately.

Private staff apps

A focused internal tool that helps your team complete a job — such as processing a work queue on phones or computers. Pro and Managed include one staff-use tool at . Broader application development is scoped separately.

Separately quoted

Designer-custom websites

We develop the visual direction, layouts and experience around your brand and visitors, then build and review it with you. Deliverables and review rounds are agreed for the project.

AI-custom websites

AI-assisted design and development, shaped around your brief with human direction, editing and quality checks throughout. We still take testing, licensing and delivery seriously. This is a separately quoted approach.

Customer-facing custom software

A product or portal built around customer journeys, accounts, business rules and integrations. We plan security, accessibility, hosting and upkeep as part of the software engagement.

Keep the right foundation as you grow.

Some features and builds need a particular Pondocean level to keep working. Before activation, we identify those requirements, separate build costs from ongoing service and usage, and explain what a future change could affect. Chargeable work begins with your approval.

Core: a focused account baseline.

Core supports essential booking, contacts, social planning, Ask AI and one compatible templated automation managed as part of the system. Specialized and grandfathered agreements may differ. We'll help you check the details attached to your account.
