Is there a free trial?
No. Growth, Pro and Managed include setup or implementation work at the beginning, and none of them includes a trial.
What are Brook, Stream, Pond and River?
They are build levels — points on a ten-level scale that describes how much work an automation build is, named for bodies of water so the range is easier to remember. Brook is Level 2, Stream is Level 3, Pond is Level 4 and River is Level 5. Your plan decides what is included at the start; the level decides what any further build costs. All ten levels, with their build, ongoing and usage ranges, are set out on the Automation & AI page.
How does annual billing work?
Annual pricing is paid upfront for the year: $2,750 for Growth, $4,250 for Pro and from $15,000 for Managed. The standard setup charge for Growth and Pro, and the standard onboarding charge for Managed, are waived. Additional implementation can still apply.
Do initial builds or activations renew each month?
No. They are initial allocations selected during setup or an upgrade, not monthly credits. They do not refill and are not an open-ended bank of future work.
What keeps costing money after setup?
Your plan continues. Messages, calls, AI use, phone numbers, premium workflow actions, hosting, third-party services, later changes and selected operating work can add recurring or usage-based cost. An included build can still have a running cost; we explain those costs before activation.
What does the website included with Pro cover?
Pro includes one templated website: we start from an established layout and adapt the content, images and settings to your business. Growth provides the site, funnel and form tools for you to build with, but not a website built for you. Designer-custom and AI-custom website work, and customer-facing custom software, are separately quoted agency engagements rather than plan inclusions.
Do these plans include marketing campaigns?
No. Campaigns are planned and priced separately. A platform plan gives you the system and the included implementation; it does not automatically include agency campaign work such as running ads or producing campaign creative.
Where do I go if something is broken?
Support requests belong at the support intake, not on this page. Start at Help & Support and tell us what is happening. Coverage is determined by your service terms and the cause of the issue, including external-cause exclusions, so not every reported issue is included work. A request for something new or different is a change request and is quoted before any chargeable work begins.
Is there a cheaper plan than Growth?
Not on this page. Growth, Pro and Managed are the general options. Focused, lower-cost paths exist for particular trades — appointment-based barber and salon shops have their own booking and follow-up setup on the barber and salon page — but those are avatar-specific offers rather than general plans, so they are not part of this comparison. Ask us if you think one fits your business.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, when the requested change is compatible with the features your active system needs. Before a change, we explain what would remain available, what could stop working and any work needed to move safely. Starting a new subscription is not the same as upgrading an existing one; for current customers we review your agreement and active setup before changing your service.
What are the cancellation and refund terms?
Payments already made are not refunded. You can cancel to stop future billing. Annual amounts are paid upfront for the year, so cancelling partway through an annual term stops the next renewal rather than returning the current one. The reviewed terms presented with your offer or checkout govern billing, cancellation and refunds — read them before purchase and ask us about anything that is unclear.
